THE TENSIXTY HELP GUIDE
Get comfortable with the details.
From the first wrap to your everyday routine, we're here to help.
Get in touchDoes it need to be plugged in?
Yes. TENSIXTY Ultra uses the included AC adapter and a wall outlet. It is not a cordless belt. A portable power source is not included; only use a compatible power source specified in the supplied manual.
How do I find the right fit?
The adjustable wrap fits a wearing circumference up to 75 inches (190.5 cm) with the included extension strap. Measure the area where you plan to wear it and make sure the belt feels snug, never tight.
How long is a session?
Use the belt for 10 minutes a day. Start with the lowest intensity and follow the supplied manual for session length and frequency. Do not extend sessions to pursue faster results.
Will the belt feel warm?
You may notice warmth during use. Stop the session if you feel excessive heat, irritation or discomfort. Do not sleep while using the belt.
What comes with my TENSIXTY Ultra?
Your set includes the belt, digital controller, connection cable, AC power adapter, extension strap and user manual.
When will my order arrive?
Orders normally need 2–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 6 days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; customs, holidays and carrier disruption can affect timing. Shipping is free on every order. Enter your address at checkout to confirm service availability. See our shipping policy.
Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 60 days of delivery. Contact us before returning your belt. You cover change-of-mind return shipping; we cover reasonable return shipping for a wrong, faulty or damaged item. See the full return policy.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, taking light-sensitive medication, recovering from surgery or unsure whether light exposure is suitable for you. Do not use it over fresh wounds. It is not a replacement for medical care.
