Shipping is free on every order. Enter your address at checkout — if we can't reach you, checkout will tell you before you pay, not after.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking details are sent when available after dispatch. Check your delivery address before ordering and contact our Support team promptly if it needs correcting. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Taxes and import charges

Taxes and charges collected by us appear at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states that import duties are included, additional import duties, local taxes or customs fees charged on arrival are the recipient's responsibility.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

Contact us with your order number and tracking details. For visible damage, keep the packaging and take photos if possible. We will help investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy for a lost or damaged shipment. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
