01 / THREE WAVELENGTHS

The belt combines visible 660nm red light with 850nm and 1064nm near-infrared light. Near-infrared sits outside the visible spectrum, so those chips will not look as bright as the red ones.

Professional perspectives from TENSIXTY

Dr. Ashley Hocutt
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
I recommend it before I recommend another painkiller
“Most of my patients with endo come to me already maxed out on NSAIDs, and a lot of them can't tolerate them any more. Light therapy is one of the few things I can offer that works on the inflammation rather than just dulling the signal. I use it in clinic and I tell patients to keep using it at home between appointments.”
- Fewer Painkillers
- Less Inflammation
- Use At Home

An option for women who can't take NSAIDs or hormones
A 2025 review pooled 12 clinical trials across 645 women. The source quotation describes “quality evidence supporting light therapy as an alternative for those who can't tolerate NSAIDs or hormonal therapy.”
- Reaches Deeper
- No Burns
- Lasts After Use

One I personally use and often recommend
“As a pelvic health physical therapist, I'm always looking for supportive, non-invasive tools that complement the body's natural healing process. Red light therapy is one I personally use and often recommend for people dealing with pelvic discomfort.”

EXPERIENCES
Experiences shared on TENSIXTY.
Cancelled my surgery consult
Had the lap booked for March. Third cycle with this and I rang and cancelled it. Still can't quite believe it.
Went to work on day one
I never go in on day one. Used it that morning and I got through the whole day. Nobody even knew I was on.
2 ibuprofen this cycle instead of 8 a day
My stomach can't handle them anymore, my GP was worried. Two cycles in and I've barely touched them.
From a 9 to about a 3
First period was maybe slightly better. Third one I hardly noticed it starting.
Haven't plugged the heat pad in for three periods
I had four of them. Living room, bedroom, car, work. They're all still in the cupboard.
Wasn't sick this month
I've thrown up on day one every month since I was fourteen. Two cycles now and it hasn't happened.
Works within about 20 minutes
Put it on when the cramps start and by the time my programme's finished it's eased off. Doesn't take it all away but takes it from a 9 to about a 4.
MARY M. · 57 YEARS OLDI put it on about ten minutes after the cramps started. It’s a completely different feeling to a heat pad, more like the tightness just loosening off.
ADALYN S. · 54 YEARS OLDNormally I take the max dose painkillers at 8am. First period with this I got to about 2pm before I took anything. That was the moment I believed it.
GRACE M. · 58 YEARS OLDThe heat pad is still in the cupboard. Two periods now. My stomach isn’t getting those brown marks any more because I’m not putting it on every night.
CAROL S. · 57 YEARS OLDI went into work on day two. I’ve spent nine years planning my month around this and I’ve just stopped checking the calendar.
