This policy explains how the Nomend store handles personal information when you browse, place an order or contact us.
Information we handle
Depending on how you use the store, we may process contact and delivery details, order and transaction information, account details if an account is created, support messages and device or browsing information such as IP addresses and cookie identifiers. Shopify and payment providers process payment information to complete transactions. Do not send passwords, full card details or sensitive health information through our Support form.
How information is used
We use information to provide store services, process and deliver orders, handle returns and support requests, secure the site, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Where enabled and permitted, information may also be used for analytics and marketing. Promotional emails can be unsubscribed from; service messages are handled separately.

We share information as needed with Shopify and providers supporting payments, delivery, hosting and customer service. Optional analytics and advertising services, where enabled, are subject to applicable choices and consent requirements. Send privacy requests through our Support form, selecting “Something else” and describing your request. We may update this policy as services or requirements change and will update the date above.
