Refund policy

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our Support team with your order number before sending anything back.

Return condition

For a change-of-mind return, keep the belt, controller, power adapter, extension strap and included accessories complete, clean, undamaged and in their original packaging. Reasonable inspection does not by itself prevent a return.

Who pays return shipping?

If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping cost. If we send the wrong item or it arrives faulty or damaged, we cover reasonable return shipping or arrange another suitable remedy.

Faulty, damaged or missing items

Tell us as soon as you notice a problem, with your order number, a short description and photos if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund. The 30-day change-of-mind window does not limit your rights concerning faulty goods.

How refunds work

After receiving and checking your return, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved product refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time. Original delivery charges are refundable where required by law or where the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to help before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the return process applies.

Please contact us for the correct return destination. Do not send the product to a manufacturer or an unconfirmed address.

Your mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation rights, remain unaffected.
