Get in touchDoes it need to be plugged in?
Yes. LumaLean Ultra uses the included AC adapter and a wall outlet. It is not a cordless belt. A portable power source is not included; only use a compatible power source specified in the supplied manual.
How do I find the right fit?
The adjustable wrap and extension strap are specified for a 25–55 inch circumference. Measure the area where you plan to wear it and make sure the belt feels snug, never tight.
How long is a session?
The belt has a 20-minute automatic timer. Start with the lowest intensity and follow the supplied manual for session length and frequency. Do not extend sessions to pursue faster results.
Will the belt feel warm?
You may notice warmth during use. Stop the session if you feel excessive heat, irritation or discomfort. Do not sleep while using the belt.
What comes with my LumaLean Ultra?
Your set includes the belt, digital controller, connection cable, AC power adapter, extension strap and user manual.
When will my order arrive?
Orders normally need 2–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 14–30 days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates. Available shipping options and charges appear at checkout. See our shipping policy.
Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before returning your belt. You cover change-of-mind return shipping; we cover reasonable return shipping for a wrong, faulty or damaged item. See the full return policy.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, taking light-sensitive medication, recovering from surgery or unsure whether light exposure is suitable for you. Do not use it over fresh wounds. It is not a replacement for medical care.
